By booking a tour with Flyapeiron Canada, you agree to the following terms.

Booking Terms: A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and processed. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Traveler Responsibilities: Travelers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup point on time, holding any required identification or travel documents, and disclosing any medical or accessibility needs in advance.

Changes to Itinerary: While we make every effort to run tours as advertised, itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, equivalent activities will be substituted.

Pricing: Package prices include only the items explicitly listed under "Inclusions" on each tour page. All other costs are the traveler's responsibility.

Liability: Flyapeiron Canada acts as a coordinator of accommodation, transport, and activity providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, or delay caused by third-party suppliers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Acceptance: Completing a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Refund & Cancellation Policy.
